Well, my friend, Dr. King thought so. Its hard to imagine a world without racism or prejudices. No matter how much time has passed, I think society will still have racist views no matter what. Whether its white against black or vice -versa,Jew-against Christians, we all have our vices against one another. There is a new kind of racism now in America. Muslims are being "singled" out every day now since 9/11. If it weren't the Muslims, its the Mexicans, Blacks and Jews. Jesus was a Jew and he was harrassed every day of his life, just because of who people thought He was. Society has yet to totally overcome our racist views and attitudes. No matter how far we have come, we still have a long road to travel.

We can dream. I think we should definitely work towards this.

But human nature and differences being what they are, I think this is like most dreams of perfection. Something to work towards but not expect to achieve.

They tried that with Communism. Didn't work. Maybe capitalism is the answer: if you can produce more than you consume, it doesn't matter what race you are.
