The fool -- the dog at least has the capacity to want to learn and can do so with the patience and repetition of the task/reward system for the dog!

I'd rather someone not say either, but "What's up fool" is kinda funny. What's up dog is just dumb.

I wouldn't say fool. these both sound like insults exchanged by buddies. How about just "whats up"?

they are both equally lame versions of asking "how are you",which is also lame seeing as how the answer to this is traditionally fine even if everthing sux at that moment. It's not like they want to really hear how you really are. That's why I just like to say "hey" or "word".

I THINK THEY ARE BOTH DUMB. WHY IS SOMEONE A FOOL OR A DOG. ARE THEY BARKING?, OR ARE THEY DOING SOMETHING FOOLISH. DON'T SAY EITHER OF THEM. WHAT ABOUT SAYING HELLO, HOW ARE YOU. OR TRY USING THERE NAME IF YOU KNOW IT.
