Batman would win, hands down, while Superman was born with his powers Batman made himself into what he was, he worked hard to be able to fight like he can, and hes incredibly intelligent. He's darker than superman who is sort of in a way the all american hero. I personally prefer Batman over Superman even though I am a fan of Superman as well. Superman only has two weaknessess one being kryptonite and the other lois lane, Batman doesn't really have any except for the fact that he is in fact human.

Batman! I say this because if you have been watching the now Justice League you would know that Batman has some kryptonite stashed away. This is because in an alternate universe Superman went rogue and also killed Lex Luther. So as a safety measure Batman took some kryptonite. And so Batman is way ahead of the game...hell he always is. What hero do you know that's as devious as Batman?

I think Batman-he has the $$ to buy kryptonite-which would cripple Superman. If its a straight up fight with no gadgets, just fists and feet, Superman for sure.
So the more important question is, who would beat Superman without kryptonite? Answer-No one. Doomsday killed superman, but died himself.

Batman, he stashes a little bit of Kryptonite, he has the brains to think of a way to take down everybody in the JL (just in case) , and he has the bling to back it up
