My hampster got stuck in a carberator, what should I do?

Please help me
He looks like he's in a large ammount of pain
Any suggestions will help

Please explain how he got stuck. Because this sounds like a JOKE???

There is no reason for a hamster to be in this location unless someone put him there.

You have to take him to a vet as soon as you can. he probably starving too.
