What they do is very simple: they go for hours without eating and when they DO eat, they eat very little. They do what is called NF and LF: no food and low food. NF means that you won't eat anything for over a 24 hour period. It is very hard because you get hungry and you feel very frustrated with that. Some girls say it is the best way to lose weight, but it isn't very healthy. LF (low food) means that the girls will eat between 400 and 600 calories a day: one sandwich with lettuce , tomato and light cheese plus one glass of orange juice for example. That is all a girl will eat in a period of 24 hours. They drink Coke Zero, Pepsi MAx, Diet sodas in general and they drink black coffee with artificial sweetners because they don't contain any calories. It is very hard to do this without medication, but if you get a drug called femproporex or dualid, you can lose up to 6 kilos in one month because they take away your appetite.
