Sounds like you should have gotten up before prairie dog status...But...running to the bathroom could raise a few eyebrows, but the increased activity could actually *cause* more skidmark than the time traveled saved.
If you do run, bring it up before you start...it'll be coarse humor, but then nobody's left wondering.
