Too all you haters who have answered so far Colon just happens to be a Cy Young winner and he won when he was fat! Most likely they wouldn't name it Colon surgery even though it would be cool.... Example, Schilling had them do a "fix" it surgery asap and it worked ( bloody sock) and they dont call that Schilling surgery.

Yes, but the only surgery that Bartolo Colon will need in the near future is liposuction, to take some weight off that fat behind.

I know his legs give him his strength, but come on - how much fat do you need on those legs?

Depends I really dont know the criteria for getting a surgery named after you but it could happen.

no they would still call it tommy john, because he has 2 first names and that is cool, plus colon doesnt know how to pronounce his name
