I did in the eight grade I put on a top with no hole in it on a beaker and we were heating the beaker ....5 min later I got black crap all over my shirt(I wasnt very smart)

no but our chemistry teacher was this doddering old lady who always smelled like wine. We messed with her so bad the prinicipal would come down and yell at us almost weekly. We would unscrew the bottoms of the faucets so when you turned them on they would spray all over, we used to bring bang-snaps to class and throw them at the board when her back was turned. It was awesome.

once while generating hydrogen, i ignited the apparatus and it exploded w/ a loud bang and flying glass. pretty cool.
