I believe that to keep your friendship last longer is simply can be in few things to stick with:
- Avoid smothering each other and make sure to give enough space for individuality and privacy.
- DO NOT let finance and money get in between. Money could easily ruin any friendship, regardless how deep and strong it is.
- Be there for each other in (sickness and in health).
It really worked with my best friend for 25 years, and
- Don’t judge or label your friend.

Good luck & happy holidays.

Based on personal experiences, I believe good friendships can be made everlasting by not demanding too much of your friends and by being in the same appreciative level of knowledge that each can be insightful and educating for the other. It must also be preserved by caring and showing it.

I am sorry, but you can't. The best you can do is be a good friend.

Some people feel tempted to let their "friends" walk all over them in order to maintain the friendship. The thing is that's not friendship. Friends accept you for who you are and don't expect you to put them ahead of yourself all the time.

That's not to say their won't be rocky times and disagreements. There will likely be times when it is best to be the bigger person and back down even if you know you are right. There may also be times when you must decide whether to forgive or to move on.

Best of luck however things work out.

Be there for your friends. Let them know they can rely on you no matter what. Make time for your friends, spend time with them, and let them know that you have a blast with them. Show you care and do the wildest things ever with them. Do something spectacular that they will never forget!
