sounds like you've got upper or lower control arm bushings making noise. You can sometimes lubricate them with WD-40 and the noise will go away for a while.

no count if that's a belt making the noise, then the belt isn't being tensioned appropriate... attempt this.. the subsequent time it starts off making noise and the belt is slipping then close the engine off and without put off touch the belt because it must be particularly warm because of the slipping... if so then there will be a reason which includes an loafer pulley or tensioner pulley or an alternator bearing attempting to snatch...

might be the springs in the front suspention, also you might wanna take it to a place where they can lubricate it. not a big deal or something to worry about. throw yourself underneat the car without lifting, move the car and you'll know what it is right away. nothing some wd40, vegetable oil or grease cant help you with.
