We've worked together for a year - I'm 38 (fit and attractive), he's 22, and he knows I've got a b/f. At least once a day, he finds a reason to come to my cubicle and chat for 1/2 hour or more. He talks about what he knows: cars, sports, motors, guy stuff. Emails me funny stuff all the time. We've hung out - lunch, movie, etc. He walks me to my car and we talk for another hour. He does favors for me - I could ask him for anything. For 22 he's very mature, respectful, plus lots of fun. We exchanged holiday gifts and on the surface I consider us good friends. The question: what does he want? If he really just wants to talk and kill time, why doesn't he go bond with a guy who actually knows about cars? I never considered cheating before, but I feel such a bond with him, it's crazy. Now don't crucify me (because of my age and boyfriend) but I'm attracted to him. I fantasize about kissing him all the time! If he made a move I'd be more than happy. Please - no smartass answers!

are you in a higher position than him? Maybe he's kissing up to you. If so then he's going to extremes.
Maybe he just considers you a good friend, but it sounds like he likes you more than that.

Well he could be intimidated cause you are older so he doesn't move beyond his 'car' conversations. or it could be he just is your friend at work.
But I doubt it. Sounds like he is into you.
if you want to cheat on your man, why not dump him first?
