Ok - So i read about this restaurant in Buenos Aires and on their website there is a song that sounds a little like Goldfrapp, but its not. It's driving me crazy to not knowing who it is, I know its an English group and would appreciate any help. Thanks to all who participate in advance. I went to the website but dont recognise the song it sounds very scissor sister/goldfrappy!
I think the best thing you could do would be to email them, its highly unlikely they'll use a famous artist, it will probably be a song recorded just for them by an non-high profile artist.
Or it will be done by someone famous but the song will be a one off for the restaurant!

I've had a listen to the song and don't recognise it.
If you can make out the lyrics, try keying those into a search engine and it may come up with the song.
