um..it's conservatism that's based on hate and anger. It's not liberals that are intolerant towards other people Sparky! And misery is brought on to the masses by greedy conservative businessmen. For themselves they do very well, but they are just a few, while the rest of the people are struggling.

Because a liberal is a castrated communist. Liberalism, like communism is based on envy. Whereas communism openly proclaims its basis on Class Struggle, liberalism talks about victims.

In liberalism, someone is always a victim. The victim is some favored group that the majority is somehow exploiting or discriminating against.

Liberalism never admits culpability. It is always conditions, never the individual that is at fault. Remove guns from society (and let the politicians have a monopoly over them) and you will solve crime. It is never the fault of the individual who mis-used the gun. He mis-used the gun because he was a victim of abuse, or racism, or economic conditions, or homophobia and so on.

Because the liberal sees everything as victimizing his favored group, his solution is for more government control to ameliorate the perceived injustice.

Liberalism isn't, but most who think themselves liberal aren't. And a danger of liberalism is what has come to be known as the law of unintended consequences.
