Well, it's not you. it is me. and it's him and it's her. we all are the only ones who see through our eyes. we all are the only I's and that makes us, us.
You could be the only real person though. we could all be here on your account... so you can watch us. this play is for you.
I also ponder this from time to time... so it seems there is only you, I and them.

I don't know. I find myself asking "Why me?" in a pshychological way. I just discovered something is physically wrong with me which is not life threatening but, will get worse and affect the way I look. The love of my life is not the man I'm married to and he's married to someone else too. So, I say, "Why me?" I don't know whether you meant your question in a physical sense or a psychological sense. Guess I'm not in a position to answer this today. Sorry.

Cuz when light shines on an object you see it by the light being sent into your eyes. It may seem like white lights are white but they are Red Orange Yellow Green Blue Indigo and Violet. or the rainbow... When the rays of light are slowed down you see a rainbow....the faster the rays are the whiter it is... anyways the only reason you see what ur eyes seen is beause those messages are sent to ur brain of what you see...

Your mental construct of the "Self" is built entirely on a vast collection of memories of perceptions given by your eyes and ears and so forth.
Babies don't have such a strong sense of 'me' as your typical adult egotist. They simply haven't amassed enough experience to create an identity.
