just say "OK" its a figure of speech it does not mean she wants to talk to today, it could be in the future

They normally mean it cos they love to talk. The important thing to possess as a guy is an ability to listen! But whatever you do - always play it cool, never badger her but always be there for when she does want to talk - so simply let her know that!
In the meantime you should make sure you spend time meeting other girls - not only will it send signals to her that you're sought after - and therefore worthwhile chasing after - (or at least calling!) ... but you may be lucky enough to realise that one of the other girls you're talking to is far better than the one who you're waiting for a call from.
So always keep your options open!!!

depends how she says it. if she says it in a sexy voice and winks then she doesn't necessarily mean talking (if you catch my drift). if she just says it normally she means "see you later" if she says it angrily then you've done something wrong but it isn't the time or place to yell at you.
