Both of you have to be open and communicative beforehand. You should start slow, with one finger or a very small dildo (always use a flared dildo for anal). Gradually move bigger and bigger. By gradually, I don't mean wait five minutes. Everyday go a little bit bigger. Use A LOT of lube. Be sensitive to how fast she wants to go. It helps if she actually loosens herself up. This will make her more comfortable with width and depth.
Some people are really grossed out by the messiness. Make sure that she enemas beforehand. If she doesn't, make sure you wear a condom so you don't get an infection.

if you're really comfortable with each other, it's really nice..But you really have to go slow the first couple of times, because if you rush it can hurt....IF your worried about
"Poo" wear a condom. Neway...just go slowly and you should be fine
