JK Rowling has a game on her website to the title of her new book. I can get the key to change but I can't get it off the chime. Help!

If after trying several times you still can't get the key off of the chime, it might be the way you entered the site originally. I had key issues when entering the site under "Enter Accessibility Enabled". I exited all the way out and re-entered the site under the "Enter Site" button with a flag, I was able to pull the key off of the chime. I also happened to notice that the room appeared different (ie: the first time there was a vase with yellow flowers on the table under the window, and the second time there was a plant with a red and green bottle on the table... )

The key works if you enter the site the regular way. If you continue to piickup the green and red bottles and pour it over the plant it will come back to life. After this you get a certificate for extra special content.

Worked for me too - I entered the site by clicking on the British flag and the key came off with no problem. Good luck!

If you pull them chime down, you will see the key right? Well you should be able to move your cursor over the key, click it, and drag it into the key hole. That is what I did.

It didn't work for me either! I've tried it a million times and it did not work so I think you should wait a couple of days to do it because they are going to get feedback about it! And they will fix it!
I just did it again and it worked click on the britsh flag

Drag the key to the door and it opens itself.
