I'm not circumcised and I don't dribble because I make sure my bladder is empty before I put my penis back in my pants. I just squeeze out the last few drops and shake it a couple of times and that should do the trick.

Sorry, just a clarification for the first answer.
Yep, to avoid that you have to wag more the penis after the act, waiting some seconds too. Somebody even is accustomed to clean with paper squeezing penis.

Most guys who haven't been circumcized dribble. Shake it off good and most will come on out of the delivery system.
When you get older, prostate enlargement sometimes causes this.
