I think you should elaborate, because from what I see, his is a class bias, not a race bias. He probably thinks that poor black people should be kept that way, because they make a good "serfs", but I imagine he feels that way about anyone who is poor.
Likeways, if a black man or woman were rich enough, he would probably accept that person into his inner circle. Look at Condaleeza Rice. Upper class, well-educated. Fits right in.
