Why not try looking into options with the Army? There are programs that guarentee interviews with companies, better known as PAYS. Look it up and just check out all the major employers in your area then give me a call and let me know which one he wants to work with.

It's getting close to tax season. Does he have any experience with computers and/or bookkeeping? Some places might be able to use him as a tax preparer.
