I was thinking about putting in Henry over Willie but Willie is on fire right now! and Henry sucked it up last week but he is playing Buffalo's terrible defense!

or instead of having 2 running backs since one is my flex position I have Berrian on the bench and he is playing Detroit and Larry Fitz on the bench who is playing San Fran and my starting wideouts are Colston and Wayne so you could say I have a pretty good recieveing core.

Willie Parker will be facing the Baltimore defense ... which is a good reason to bench him for this week.

Travis Henry will be playing against Buffalo, whose terrible defense shut down the surging Miami Dolphins, halted the NY Jets, and BARELY let San Diego win (24-21). Buffalo's defense has been on the upswing and Travis Henry is listed as probable with an ankle problem. Henry against Buffalo does seem a little better than Parker against the Ravens.

Edgerrin James is a good choice at this time. He is surging at the right time, and SF's defense will have trouble holding him.

Also, with the flex position, Fitzgerald is a solid option at WR and would give you a better shot at picking up points than the other RBs. However, it is risky to put two players as starters from the same game, even if it is San Francisco (who stopped Seattle last week).

Go with Fitzgerald at the flex position and use James as your primary RB. It is a risk, but they have paid off before when I did it.

Travis Henry. Only becuz, like you said, he is playing a sorry rush defense. Other than that I would pick either Willie or Edgerrin. Your receiver picks are great. Every watched Marvin so much they forgot how good Wayne's hands are. Last week Colston fired it up. I think you will be a winner this week. What's the name of your team?

Tuff one but I would go with Edgerrin James, just based on his consistency, Henry did have a horrible game and I wouldn't trust him to bounce back. But Willie is also a good choice but you never know when he might burn out so I would put my money on james

Edge is consistent? Anyway, I'd stay away from all these guys and go with Fitzgerald. Normally I'd pick Parker but I dont like his matchup this week. Fitz should put up better numbers than all these guys.
