Technically, they CAN, most just choose not to because they are worried about waht other people might think of them. However, most people are too busy worrying about what people think of THEM, so they don't take the time to judge others. Just be yourself and don't worry about what other people think of you-it's your opinion about yourself that really matters, not theirs.
