As long as it looks and feels natural yes. For example t!ts will never look or feel natural. I had a girlfriend with fake t!ts and it feels soooo bad (hard) that if turn me off. The key words are has to FEEL and LOOK natural.
I'm not in into Islam but this is my opinion. If you got plastic surgery you don't have to start saying everyone you got it. I got a circumcision when I was a baby and I'm not telling the world. If plastic surgery is unacceptable for Islam then all the artificial things that we have today are unacceptable (cars, tv, refrigerators, medicine). From my perspective it is not something evil. You are not harming yourself or anyone by doing it. However, if it goes against your personal values and is going to cause you psychological distress think about it twice.

Islam only accepts plastic surgery in extreme cases. You should love the body Allah gave you.

in Islam, you can do plastic surgery if you are badly mutilated..
other than that is not acceptable.. not only that, its also addictive..
