I used to teach in school. The prospect of meeting and imparting knowledge on new faces is exciting to me. And the thought that some of them will go through life with part of what I know is very satisfying. And how much more, if you meet one of them on the street and they greet you with "Sir...!".

Although I love the money I make, my job satisfaction comes from helping people out of tough situations. The slam dunk, vanilla loans are great for the business and my paycheck, but I go home at night with a smile when I have moved a family from an adjustable rate mortgage into a fixed mortgage at a lower payment.

I work with children and I can say that it excites me the most when a child actually gets the concept. When the child understands, the light goes on,and the child can help another child understand it.That gets me excited!
