My Mom is allergic to MSG and can NOT eat McDonald. What does that say for their food?
I like Hardee's Roast Beef because:
you can see that it is real meat.
Caloric wise - better for you than most fast food burgers (Reg Roast Beef comparable to a McD cheeseburger)
I also add lettuce & tomato to "beef" up the nutritional value.
