The most frustrating part of my job is when clients lie to me in an attempt to get a better loan. Even small omissions have led to me being unable to give them the program that we discussed, which leads to them being frustrated, and eventually me becoming unhappy.

I can't think of a "situation" that is not caused by a person, other than a machine breaking down or the weather. A machine breakdown is not frustrating to me, it's expected at some point. Weather is what weather does.
So I suppose my answer is people when they don't do what needs to be done as part of their job.

The situations that people creates. Sometime is me, so I try to change my approach in order to better the situation. Sometimes are others and since I can not change that, I get frustrated.
As my Dad says, it is hard and sometimes uncomfortable and unfair, that is why is called WORK and you get pay for it, otherwise would be a hobby.

Situations where I feel unable to help because I am supposed to follow the rules and regulations but my heart feels that I should help them. Is it not frustration.

I am frustrated the most by people who won't listen to you. Also people who try to hold you accountable for something that you are not empowered to change.

Incompetent people with inferior intelligence and skills that get rewarded just because they talk as if there is substance to their topic but in reality there is none and the boss doesn't know any better.

Definitely People. Especially when they are all your bosses and you can't do anything about them & you're the one to get the blame whether you're right or wrong.

When clients are rude and they think it's my fault. Also when the boss thinks they know more then you and you find tons of mistakes of theirs and they make excuses for them instead of saying oh I effed up....
