A date hasn't been released yet. The title was released early today. It is going to be called "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows." It is a rumor that the book will be available on 7/7/07, because it is the seventh. However, that would cause a problem because the fifth movie is being released 6 days later. Publication has not begun.
