I would take a test to see if your pregnant.
A lot of women have a "light" period on the first day and then it gets heavy. You should really protect yourself from getting pregnant if you don't want to end up having a child. Also it kinda helps to use a rubber for preventing STS and AID.

And to all the women out there that are telling you that you can't be pregnant because you have your period, go and read up on it. A lot of women have their period the first couple of months of their pregnancy....idiots...

It is possible, I have a friend who got pregnant and still had very heavy periods all the way until she gave birth. It is very rare but it is possible. Take a pregnancy test just to be on the safe side, they are not that expensive.

If you are pregnant you wouldn't have had your period. Once your pregnant, you don't have a period. Some spotting may be normal during early pregnancy, but certainly nothing heavy.

You could be, and then you might not......your period can be irregular because of stress, diet, etc, and when I was pregnant with my daughter, I had my period for the first 2 months, it's best that you just go to the doctor........

Doubt it. Cessation of periods is the prime symptom of pregnancy. And you are having yours. But, to be safe, take a pregnancy test.

you can't be pregnant if you have your period. if you still think you are bring it up with your doctor and he/she can set the record straight.
