is it normal for a baby to have a slight fever and be cranky if she had her shots yesterday?

THis is very normal. You should give her some tylenol and just try and sooth her the best way you can. I give my son tylenol about an hour before he has his shots just to try and head off any fever or achiness that may come with getting shots. Just look for things like rashes, high fevers, or if she is really crying and cannot be calmed down. Then you sjould call your doctor. Also, her appetite may be down for a day or two.
