i hate computer applications class, there are a few kids who sit through this whole class and throw a hackie sack, but if the teacher comes around to me and friends computer and we're doing our work, i get written up for having holes in my jeans, and the hackie sack fools get no punishment, this is NOT fair, i'm so jacked...

Well life is not fair. Get used to that fact, it will save you getting a lot of disappointments later on in life.

You can always write a formal complaint to a school adminsitrator. But, then you would really have to start following all of the rules. This way the teacher would not have a reason to write you up and could then focus on the hackie sack people.
Most terms are almost over with you will only have a few more weeks with this teacher.

Have you tried talking to your teacher about the hackie sack? If not, try talking to your teacher about that. Let your teacher know that you are doing your work and not fooling around in class. Have your teacher observe the class and really find out about the hackie sack fools. If all doesn't go well, you could try and transfer out of that class. Hope this helps. Good luck.
