Sometimes, a disorder called hypoprolactemia is the cause of leaking breasts. Especially, if you are sure that you are not pregnant. The cause of this is over production of a hormone called prolactin located in the pituitary gland in our brains. I had high prolactin levels, but no breast discharge, we were trying for a baby and high prolactin also stops ovulation, so if we had not been trying for a baby, I would never have know about my prolactin levels. You should see a doc so they can send u for a head scan ASAP, to determine any abnormalities in this gland. I ended up having a tiny benign tumor in this gland and took some meds for 2 months and now we are about to expect our 1st baby in January. Good luck!

Your breast will not leak until way later in pregnancy. See an OB/GYN if your period is late and you still think you are pregnant. You can see the heartbeat on an ultrasound at 6 weeks you can hear it through a fetal dopplar at 10-12 weeks. You will never "feel"the heartbeat.
You need to see a Ob/Gyn either way to check on your breast, nipple discharge can be a sign of a breast infection or breast cancer.

What is this feeling the heart beat crap?!?
You can only see and hear a babies heart beat w/ special equipment!
ERs are notorously full of either idiots or so called dr. who just don't care. I've been told some pretty stupid stuff in the ER.
You need to go to an ob/gyn and have an exam.

I would make an apt with another Dr. If you can't, go back to your Dr and insist he do a blood test. On another note, I've never heard of leaking breast early in a pregnancy, in my experience, that comes much later. There might be something other than pregnancy going on. Definately see a Dr, make sure he/she understands your symptoms. Good luck!

You can never feel the heartbeat.

After a few months, you can feel the baby moving, but its heartbeat is something that can only be detected with the right equipment.

FYI, a few years ago, my breasts were leaking, and sore...I saw the doctor, who advised me to take vitamin B. Both of the problems stopped within a few days of starting the vitamins.

if you could feel the heart beat, then it would DEFINATELY show on a pregnancy test.

I doubt its anything serious, You're probably having a hormone imbalance, like if you've had stress lately or are coming off birth control, some other drug is interferring, etc. I would consult an Endocrinologist
