First you complain to the manager of the branch of the bank concerned, putting it in writing and keeping a copy for yourself. Attach any relevant documentation letters etc that give weight to your claim(copies of course). Also ask for a copy of their complaints procedure to check how long they will take to respond to you. If youre not happy with their reply, go to the General Manager of the bank at head office (the bank should tell you who this is). at this stage also contact Trading Standards who may be able to give further advice.(if youre in UK) If you want some kind of monetary compensation you should have stated this also. If your not happy with the General Manager's reply you then contact the Banking Ombudsman. You should be able to find info on this thru google. You can also put in a complaint to the Financial Standards Authority if youre not happy with the outcome. These are the people who give credit licences to banks and such. You may not have much success (but I hope you do) but the more people complain about stuff like this, the more careful banks might be with their customers. This only applies to UK by the way.

Start by writing to the bank's Head Office. Address your letter to the Compliance Officer and head it COMPLAINT. The bank should have a proper complaints procedure and explain to you what it is. If you have not received a reply after 2 weeks (make that 2 weeks after Christmas!) or if you are not satisfied with the response, complain to the Financial Ombudsman.

Sounds like a lawsuit. He (the bank manager has been your adviser) and he is causing your business to fail with his decisions. If he is interfering with your business and he is not allowing you to succeed due to his decisions, make sure you document it and see a lawyer.
Additionally, take your lawyer with you when you talk to the liaison (ombudsman) or investors.
Then after you acheive your goals, Try to allow another banker to invest in your company, then cautiously close out your accounts & change banks.

Financial advice is always a gamble. Not sure you have any legal recourse unless you can show that he intentionally led you in the wrong direction to cause harm. Contact an attorney to investigate your options.

You can write to the Head Office, but it wont do you much good. Thousands complain every year, but little or no action is ever taken.
