No, they spak Creole and French in Haiti. However a lot of Haitians have lived in the Dominican Republic so speak Spanish. I'm sure many more near the border do. My dad was there and he speaks spanish well but not creole. He communicated there by speaking spanish to a kid who had lived in the dominican.

Haitians speak Creole, Jamaicans speak English. Some of the more wealthy Haitians prefer to speak French.

In hati they speak creol not french (morrons). Creol is the original and old form of french. And in jamaica they speak BROKEN up english. Like instead of saying hello they would say lo or elo. I have friends from both countries.

Not that I know of but then again there maybe a community of spanish people there like everywhere else. But its not a language that the natives indulge in.
