The cartoon was called Betty Boop. There was a rubbishy English rapper called Betty Boo in the late eighties though.

I do, they replayed it in the late 70's. I hate it and they put it on instead of Happy Days!
My daughter wears a tea shirt with Betty Bop written on the front and she doesn't know who the charactor is.
