There are two ways to do this.
First, you can access your BIOS setup menu by pressing the correct key when your computer first begins to boot up. This may be the F2 key or the delete key. You should see the correct key listed on the screen when the computer starts booting up, but sometimes this goes by so fast you miss your chance, so check your manual if necessary. You can then select your default options in the setup menu.
Another way to do this, especially if your computer is not booting properly or at all, is to open the case and flip the jumper switch on the motherboard. You will need to consult your PC manual or the maker of you motherboard for specific directions on how to do this on your PC.

Open case, remove CMOS battery from motherboard for about 1 minute, then re-insert. Change jumper settings. Good to go.

there's a jumper or just take out the battery for a minute and put back in, now you might have to restart a couple times.

check your MB manual...sometimes you unplug the power move a jumper from pin 1,2 to 2,3 press the power button then move the jumper back ... check your Mb book or manufacture website
