There are two conquered countries in the USA (aka Amerikan Empire), the Confederate States of America and the Kingdom of Hawai'i.

CT. Well for one because I live here. I like the season changes, the people, I am 90 minutes from Boston and NYC. It is a beautiful state.

California. Why? Because of the diversity. Not just in the people, but the weather, geography, sports, and activities.
California is progressive and often leads the country in fads as well as political direction.
And from when I lived there, the people were genuinely friendly.

First of all: There is only one country in the USA. My favorite state would have to be California because I enjoy feeling bad about myself.

California is my favorite state in the USA. Has great weather, lovely mountains and beaches, good salaries, most of the trends originate from there and is a leader in high tech and biochemistry.
Thailand is my favorite country outside of the USA. Wonderful culture, friendly people, delicious foods, etc.

My favorite state in this country is hawaii because it doesnt snow and its always summer there. it is beautiful there and the waters there are nice warm. i've been there and lived there for about 7 years, so yay me!
