Sandisk mobile mate for wii sd card: good or bad?

I bought a wii sd card for about 60 bucks, My computer does not have an sd drive, and my cell phone and digital camera are also old and do not use sd cards. I was looking on RadioShack for a cheap sd/usb adapter that way I can insert an sd card into my usb drive.. here is what I found:

I was also wondering if this adapter could transfer mp3's and short video clips, and not just pics

Good, the mobile mate is a good option and will allow you to connect you SD Card to your PC with no problems and no software needed to be installed (as long as you have Windows XP).

Also the adapter will allow you to transfer any data (video, text, pictures, music) from your PC to the SD card.

Of course how many of these you can actually put onto the SD Card all depends on the size of it in MB (MegaBytes) or GB (GigaBytes)
