If what you say is true, know that a woman has the option to "say no" at any time before having sex. Just because you may have been willingly participating at the beginning does not mean that he had the right to force you into intercourse!
Don't let guilt of drinking and being in that situation deter you from confronting this guy. He most likely has done this in the past and will most likely continue to do it if he gets away with it.
My advice...talk to a Christian counselor and a lawyer.
God Bless you!

Thats pretty much the textbook definition of rape. Whether to report it or not is your decision and you need to take advice from a rape counsellor or doctor. The problem you will have is that unless there were any witnesses (unlikely) it will be your word against his that he raped you or that intercourse ever took place. If you have the clothing you wore that night still and havent washed it then dont as the police may be able to use it for forensic evidence.
Its unlikely that your the first woman hes done this to, or that youll be the last so it may be worth reporting it just to give him a scare even if you dont get a conviction. Good luck.

Reporting Rape to the Police
Take someone with you to the police station. It is good to have someone familiar with you in a strange place. In most instances, they will be allowed to stay with you all of the time if you want them to. Take someone you feel comfortable talking in front of about what has happened.
If the police are called, you have the right to: 1) discuss it with the officer and then decide to report, 2) discuss it with the officer and decide not to report, 3) refuse to discuss or report it with the officer. These are your rights!

You should absolutely go to the police!!!!!!!!!!!! Regardless if you had been drinking, it does not give him the right to force sex upon you. No means no - regardless!!!!! His "star status" does not exempt him from being prosecuted for rape. Whatever the fall out may be from the charges, just remember - HE brought it upon himself when HE made the decision to force sex upon you - you are not the source of his problems. PLEASE report this to the police so that he does not do this again to some other woman.

hello whats going on with you. Please dont hurt yourself thats the last thing u what to do is hurt yourself. This is a tough sitiation to be in, i suggest that u think about that night and record your (facts) only about the incident. i see where u are coming from about the star on the team but u have to make a descion about what went on that night if its killing u maybe u need to talk to that person and see what really went on and then see how u feel then just by talking to that person letting him know how you feel. hey just hit me up at peasantjames we will talk then if u need to talk because this is serious

if you didn't report it when it happened then you're kinda screwed if he's really who you say he is...it's your word against his and without the evidence it's gonna be hard to prove...that being said...turn his a$$ in...you have a right to at least try to seek justice...you have to do this to heal...fight...fight hard...don't let him win...do what you have to do to heal
