It must be you, because a car doesnt wheeze. Maybe a cat is sleeping underneath?
Wear a sweater. It might be too cold.

If it is really the car, bring it to the corner service station but please do not tell them it wheezes, Just repeat the sound it makes. They will get it. I hope.

what your probably hearing is the fuel pump. It energizes when you turn the key on, or when you start the car. To make sure this is your problem, turn key to the on position and listen to see if you hear it. Some times when you have a strainer or a fuel filter starting to clog up, the fuel pump whine will get loader than normal.
If this is indeed your problem, Have a professional check your fuel pressure to see if your about to have a fuel pump go bad.
Hope this helps!

I would have to go with Darance G on this one, it is most likely the power steering fluid and your belt. No not your seat belt either, the belt that keeps your car running if it is cold in your area the belt might get wet or run differently if its cold. Thats more than likely your problem.
