A positive pregnancy tests is very accurate. A false positive doesn't happen, unlike false negatives.

It is normal to feel bloated, a bit of a cramp (not severe), and just basically feel like you're going to have your period. This will pass soon enough.

I suggest buying yourself an over the counter prenatal vitamins and start right away. Also, call your OB and make an appointment ASAP to ensure healthy pregnancy.

Go to the doctor. You should always confirm the home pregnancy test against the doctor's test. That being said, it's not uncommon to have period-like cramps during the early stages of pregnancy. But, you could be having an early complication, too, so it's best to go to doctor asap.

Not having a period does not mean your pregnant and having one doesnt mean your not. most ppl get this wrong. you can have a period while your pregnant and still have a health baby my friends mom had her period till she was 7 months pregnant. so your period does not mean a thing. But you could have gotton a false positive if your worried i would re test but do it as the first potty in the morning and again at night then you will know 100% but in the morning is when you have the most HCG in you.. But if those both say pos then you are pregnant and you should go to your doc well good luck Congrats if you are and Merry Christmas

pregnancy tests are not 100% accurate. there is a posibility of not being pregnant and the test being positive...there is also a greater possibility of being pregnant and feeling like you are going to start your period. you may get cramps and you could have a light period, yet still be pregnant... wait a few days. take another pregnancy test. then see the results. good luck!

Sometimes our bodies act very different when we are pregnant if you are really pregnant you sometimes feel like your about to have your period. you may feel bloated and cramps. But if you start to spot you may want to see a doctor ASAP. Also if your cramping gets any worse, go to the ER could be a tubal pregnancy. otherwise just get lots of rest.

I've benn pregnant twice, and every pregnancy is different. I did the same thing with both, and my doc said it was normal. If you start bleeding go to the doc or if you are in severe pain but just like small ovulation type cramps are normal.I hope i could help you and congradulations.

As long as you are not bleeding you are OK. For the first 9 weeks of my pregnancy I had cramping on and off. The first 5 weeks I thought I was going to start any minute. You uterus and muscles are strecthing to make room for baby.

You are most likely pregnant. It is quite normal to have cramping like a period. Your uterus is stretching itself out to make room for the baby, don't stress its totally normal. I'm having the same thing and have for both of my other children as well.

Most, if not all, pregnancy tests are accurate. See a doctor, and if his urine test is negative, insist on a blood test. If you are indeed pregnant, that little one needs care ASAP.
