Love, Food and Sex are nature things in us, god created ...
Things we need (that differ us; 'human beings', from animals) is we need to think to learn to make the world a good place for the next generation
we need to express ourselves - we need to know others,, make friendships -- we need to laugh -- we need to control ourselves (some to contol others)- we need to create -- some need to be recognised -- some need to have the power -- others need to help others

There is a lot that we need as human beings, but the basics are food, sex and sleep.. when you achieve the basics you will need more, like shelter, love and feeling secure, when you achieve them you will need to be in a community and siblings,, and it goes up until you achieve the self actualization read Maslow's hierarchy of needs...http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maslow's_hierarchy_of_needs

to live we need, food, water, and maybe shelter and cloths depending on what climate you live in. To be happy you need to feel safe and emotionally healthy, and safe. To have love is an extra i think. But one I wouldn't want to be with out. The love of my husband, the love of my parents, my brother, my in laws, close friends. Love is what makes me feel good inside what makes life seem worth it! as for sex, sex is awesome, but i could live with out it. I'm glad i don't have to though, Sex with my husband is wonderful!!!!!!!!
