Dressing to the nine's or staying in and watching the ball drop?

did the dressing up thing - was fun when we were younger- but nowadays it's too expensive. Go out fo a nice dinner- stay home or go to a friends house.

I'll be asleep my 11:00 but my terrible, rude, inconsiderate,ignorant illegal neighbors will keep me awake. The drunks never watch their kids who play in the middle of the street.
