I'm looking for a realistic roleplay site. I'm not much into the magical RP and such... more like soap opera/dramatic yet realistic sites. I'm a member of one, The Phantom's Opera, which is a POTO RP. I also ask that they are message boards/forums and not games. But if anyone knows of any interesting RP forums, please reccomend a few!

Well, I'd say Neopets is your best bet.
And no, it's not just a childrens site with games and such..
I don't think many people know this but there are forums on Neopets where you can roleplay.
Neopets has a lot of different people in a lot of different age groups roleplaying there and you can find all sorts of different kinds of roleplays.
It's probably the best place to go to roleplay on the internet and its safe.
Unless you find an active forum at proboards or something of the like.
There are very strict rules though.
Your next best option would be Gaia..
Which has VERY few rules. I don't think there are monitors on that site, however.
Most of it is anime, too.
