We think it was something like "Bounce on by knee or up on my knee." It was started by two USA fathers who had children and the child wanted to sit on the fathers lap when he was on the computer.

oh, i've never heard of htat,,,,, but there is a game called tux paint, and it was created for small children to play with sounds and colors, and it's free, and it's a great game... here', i'll give u the link..
