If someone wanted you to style some modern equipment....?

and they wanted to get away from the silver and black look, what styling and colours would yo choose

Thank you for your support Cochise@Oxford, i'm not sure i would pick the same colours as you but at least your equipment would look a little different from most of what is around now.

Silver and black sound like kitchen equipment.

I recently saw some major appliances in bright, fire engine red.

Drab is out, pastel is out - look for rich vibrant colors - a deep Navy Blue would be cool - Kelly Green with copper and brass contrasts would be attractive
