I just went off the pill. Why did my period only last 1 day?

it took me 14 months before i had a normal period...Once i stopped taking my pills i spotted 3 times in that 14 month period, i JUST now how a NORMAL period, and i've been off the pill since OCT 2005

Your hormones are adjusting. It may take a few cycles to regulate. I wouldn't worry.

its irregular right now... but it should even out soon!
