To my knowledge he is only in Live 2002 and Live 2003 because he is on the Wizards. But I know he doesn't play anymore but you would think he would be on the 90's All-Star team.

That the price of using him and also the player has to agree with the makers to be in the. Like recently Barry Bonds gets replaced by a John Doe is baseball games. It was his choice to reject the game.

I remember they made such a big deal for Live 00 cuz he was on it. There is a problem with using Jordan because his name is a brand and enterprise in itself. It's licensing issues and it is expensive to use him or his name in video games.
