we are facing problems like landsliding, mud forming while excavation, ground water seapage, and continious flow of water. We are also not able to stop water also from existing drainage line. last three months we are doing this job, but not able to lay single pipe. We had also used chain mounted machinery like hitachi 200 also but no result ! as and when we lift earth, more earth is sliding from sides forming mud and we are not able to perform replacing pipe. Please give me information regarding how to prevent landslide and how to lay 18" RCC Hume pipes in mud ? Is there any construction chemicals available to prevent ground water seapage ?

You will need interlocking metal panels that are driven in with a pile driver to form a wall on each side of the ditch or trench. This will prevent the land slides and water from coming in. You will also need some good pumps to pump out the water from the ditch or trench. This is expensive, but when mens lives or at stake play it safe. Shore up the walls, you can drive the pannels in on each side of the trench you wont to dig, then dig.

I would suggest contacting a geotechnical engineering consultant.
As a previous answer stated, safety is of the utmost in this situation.
Another solution is to do some horizontal boring, ie placing the pipe without digging a trench. There are mnamy companies out there who can do this type of work.

Looks like you are laying your pipe in a place where Artesian condition exists. Check with a hydrogeologist and if necessary re-route the pipe line.
