It was with Nikki Cox... and she was the daughter.... and the dad would go into the basement and talk to a bunnie. the bunnie was gilbert godfrey i think, but the dad would only talk to the bunnie cuz it'd come alive. PLEASE HELP!!!

I remember Unhappily Ever After - Jack and Mr Floppy in the cellar. Mr Floppy's voice was Bobcat Goldthwaite - he was one of the show's writers and made guest appearances as various characters. Maybe TV Land will show reruns.

It was Unhappily Ever After and I believe it was supposed to be one of the spinoffs from Married With children.
The bunny was Bobcat Goldwaith and he used to crack me up.
Unfortunetly it's not available on DVD yet. Maybe one day.

Yes, I remember that show it was called "Unhapply Ever After". the dad was the only person who talked to the bunny.
