If you're into gift cards, I suggest gift cards of 20-30 dollars from a bookstore.
Books are a great gift!

Target has a lot of gifts from 5-30. Things from coffee sets to spice sets to cool gifts for guys.

Maybe shor at Target and Walmart. They both have good gift ideas under 30 dollars. Also a nice bath set is good for women, and maybe some shaving sets for men. Who doesnt like to smell fresh?

I would try getting them gag type gifts that actually have a purpose. Like weird patterned band-aids or a funny t-shirt. Personalize it to something they do and they'll appreciate it, and thinks it's funny whenever they use/wear the present you got them!
